Early 2011 MBP RAM Upgrade Advice

i have 2011 macbook pro, , want upgrade 8gb of ram. right now, these 2 choices:

far can tell, difference between 2 first 1 uses 1.5v , second 1 uses 1.35v. my question is: difference make in experience using computer?

assume second 1 use less energy, , therefore increase battery life. right? , if so, work fast? crucial recommends 1.5v version, may trying clear out old stock. advice can give me appreciated. thanks!
 

if both same spec , both compatible , same price, i'd go 1.35v, it'll run cooler won't make other difference.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
