Can you recognize this iPhone part?

that looks part goes under battery connector.

before connect battery connector board piece go down. there hole in piece, there hole took out screw holds battery connector down. place piece have holes line up. if open iphone , looking @ home button facing towards of course, take piece have in picture grab little metal part facing towards bottom , flip facing top. that's how goes in. in picture little part on right screw hole, has little tab facing up. when put in phone tab face down. sit there until connect battery connector. put screw in. hard explain without showing pic @ work , cant @ moment.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
