Best site/sites for iPad app reviews?

i thought while had book marked pretty sites review apps. either lost them or never saved them thought.

search apps, see reviews top 10 or must haves , differ must have or top 10 app. different sites have consider top or must have apps.

there site of experts consider stands above rest when comes reviews , recommendations?
 

hardly expert there apps finding apps!

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
