Use MobileMe or Apple Account for iCloud?

i've paid mobileme account (...@me.com) , apple account own email-adressen using instance in itunes.

should use mobileme account new icloud or apple account instance music purchases are?

i'm not using either gallery, idisk og iweb on mobileme account. i'm having sync functionality sync settings between devices.
 

for apple id use hotmail account.
there pros switch on me.com?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
