SMS Mailbox Full? But its not

i've installed ios 5 gm on phone , going perfect until tried text. error saying sms mailbox full. let me send texts not receive them. i've tried deleting entire sms conversations make more room i'm still getting message. way can receive texts turn phone off few minutes , turn on, texts last restart can't receive more. tried restoring phone new phone instead of back-up , worked need because need contacts, etc. else having problem? know what's wrong? there way use parts of back-up? can restore backup using back-up of contacts , app settings?

edit: few more things.. updated friends phone ios 5 same computer , worked fine.
idk if has imessage works fine between me , him. not sms
 

sorry bump need have texting tomorrow.. i'm going need coordinate event bunch of people , calling of them huge pain.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
