Might get an Ipad 2 by the end of November - Is it still worth it?

hi.
have been saving , have amount needed ipad end of november question : still worth time?
new ipad come out in april think , honest can make effort , wait if possible changes worth it, mean usefull take notes, pdfs, ebooks , watching movies,etc have survived out can wait.
saving ps3 plan start saving after ipad because have old ps2 , psp , don't play think wait if end of november better of waiting think try , wait.

think? end of november ipad 2 , it's hardware worth getting or should wait more months , new one?
ipad 2 owners, have tried on stores , ones tried seemed little slow , noticed opening , leaving apps. normal speed or 1 on store not updated or has memory full?
 

the new release of ipad2 lot of quality control issues. there thread of 22 pages or screen problems , others. problems have been worked out right , ipads in pristine quality. if don't mind poor built quality means first release batch. if me, "a perfectionist" go ahead , buy ipad2 right , buy ipad 3 year now.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
