What temps does your MBP idle at

ok, according smcfancontrol mbp in 60s or 70s(deg celsius). after installed ssd lion. before when using regular hdd used idle @ 40-50. thing mbp body still feels @ same temp before. can explain this?
 

mac os x lion.
17" 2.3ghz mbp.
idle temp 45°
2100rpm fan

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
