mdp/vga adapter problem

just got new mini , hdmi outputs fine tv when try output same tv mdp/vga adapter tv reports no signal. need connect tv vga can use tv's picture in picture. dvr , other av components brought in tv through hdmi , need mini on vga vizio won't allow pip 2 different hdmi inputs. ideas?
 

i've tried 2 different cables, no luck. plug vizio downstairs in , boom works fine mini connected vga.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
