Change systems preferences and preview icons

hi all. have seen other forums on here told me how change pictures of icons, reason when try change system preferences icon or preview icon, computer won't let me change either icon. reason both locked [here's example of unlocked app , here's example of locked app]. i'm saying is, can change icons of unlocked apps, not locked ones. there way unlock locked apps or anyway around or not?
 

click on lock in lower right corner of info box , enter admin password unlock it.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
