AT&T DSL and Airport/TimeCapsule set up

ok,

moved south. went using comcast cable internet at&t dsl. there wasn't problem utilizing multiple computers on through airport/tc. whenever open older macbook (11'') screws wireless configuration... can reset network , work flawlessly 2 iphones, ipad, , newer macbook.

opened older mac other day (dust of cob webs , bring life music applications) , network went down again.

restarted modem, router, computer... nothing
made airport/tc reset factory default , tried set again, nothing.

can connect internet wired (ethernet) directly westell modem provided at&t. can connect wirelessly airport/tc , share internet connection - until attempt configure things. try , name tc or set wireless (name, password, etc). cuts out...

have confirmed dsl connection , modem operating correctly. settings need make sure that;
1) can connect wirelessly airport/tc internet use
2) can secure wireless network
3) mulitple people can access connection , utilize simulataniously.

can't figure out why set different on dsl, i've tried running modem in bridge mode, pppoe, etc multiple configurations on airport/tc

need work normal again... many

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
