2 identical macbook air, one more noisy!

because of returning of macbook air 2011 13"(because got slow toshiba ssd) have identical airs.

on new 1 notice significant more noisy or higher tone left fan. how can be?
 

defective fan, worse thermal paste job, dissimilar cpus (yes, same spec not 100% same, although shouldn't cause issues this)... etc.

or have checked activity monitor? it's spotlight still indexing or similar.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
