Iphoto and uploading photo problem

i have older powerbook g4, running 10.4.11. have photos in iphoto, when go photobucket or other site upload photos, cant see of them. when open menu, shows icon iphoto , not of photos. make sense?
on other mac, can see of photos uploading menu, , choose photos there. has kind of setting, dont know how set way. ideas?
please let me know if confusing, can try word differently..

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
