MBP (snow leopard) ----> MBA (tiger)?

in near future i'll transitioning mbp w/snow leopard mba w/lion.

have time machine backups of mbp, there issues using migration assistant move user account over?

how should transition <user account> on without bringing old leopard previous os files, preferences etc clean possible architecture?

minimum tiger install space in terms of gb? ask because i'd not buy 256gb ssd , stay under half of 128gb ssd.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
