CPU Spikes?

occasionally using 2011 13" air , cpu spike 40-50% usage , go right down. applications have open google chrome (flash blocked, turned off) , activity monitor. isn't bad gets annoying because i'll browsing web , of sudden feel computer heat , checking computer temp cpu jump 65-80c range , fans kick on 4000+rpm , in 30 seconds calms down. have had laptop around 2 weeks don't think spotlight indexing now. here screenshot showing running processes , spike, can't seem catch screenshot of actual process running when spikes i'm not sure may be? suggestions? also, below screen shot showing cpu around 1% yet temp rising rapidly above 60c (peaked @ 85c few seconds after cooled down) while fans around 5400rpms.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
