Resolved Re-unlock iPhone after firmware upgrade - Redsn0w not working

i've read through sticky "new iphone world" jav6454, doesn't me (at least don't think does). of i'm finding in google searches unlocking iphone has never been unlocked.

friend (his mistake) upgraded iphone 3g 4.3.5 (at least that's says). when saw had lost unlock, did settings restore. right now, don't know firmware it's using. when connect mac , run f0recast, says 4.2.1 baseband 05.15.04 , bootloader 6.4.

there way unlock iphone?

apologies if has been addressed in thread. did search, didn't seem address particular situation (unlocked, upgraded latest firmware, reset factory settings, stuck in restore mode).

latest firmware 3g 4.2.1. now, way unlock phone install ipad base , on it. 3g phone bootloader higher 05.08 can't downgrade baseband.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
