iPhone iTunes Store in Japanese HELP!

for reason itunes stores (and app store , newsstand) in japanese on new 4s.
have 2 apple ids, 1 being mac/me 1 , other primary email. ideally combine two.
store seems using me.com address. have logged "my apple id" page , seems language correctly set english.
earlier in year when had apple care issue received couple email them in japanese.
don't , have never used japanese language.
thoughts?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
