How to upgrade swap - Tricky situation!

after ordering new iphone on line wasn't upgrade eligible realized have ordered on father in law's line is.

think process have been order phone under name (he's on family plan) switch sim cards , cancel data plan...

didn't in easy way. ordered through apple.com , upgraded line @ $450...

can fix problem?

can bring apple store weekend , exchange phone on line, money buy again on line , pay less?

need me?

after exchange have activate iphone under number before can take phone myself? (meaning have signed data plan?)

since using dumb phone doesn't have data plan nor mico sim slot.. meaning have go at&t store , new sim card , go through process of getting phone working again yea?

want without putting man out @ all... 80.
 

what (this assumes account owner, doesn't matter uses line):

1) don't open or activate iphone bought, return process started
2) order iphone on line want upgrade
3) receive , activate iphone on line purchased under
4) go at&t , sims swapped (the line dumb phone need new sim old 1 have been deactivated) , cancel data plan on dumb phone line

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
