Error 1604?

hello,

had iphone 4 running ios 5 beta 7 , sold dough dough £277.04. received , connected itunes restore. when connect itunes error 1604 shown , stuck in recovery. therefore faulty (bollocks) , want pay me faulty price (£140).

can please tell me how fix error 1604?
 

error 1604: error related usb timing. try changing usb ports, uninstalling , reinstalling usb ports, , other available usb troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting usb connections, device not recognized properly, computer won't recognize firewire or usb device). if using dock, bypass , connect directly white apple usb dock connector cable. if issue persists on known-good computer, device may need service.

if issue not resolved usb isolation troubleshooting, , computer not available, try these steps resolve issue:

1. connect device itunes, confirm device in recovery mode. if it's not in recovery mode, put recovery mode.
2. restore , wait error 1604.
3. when prompted, click ok.
4. close , reopen itunes while iphone remains connected.
5. iphone should recognized in recovery mode again.
6. try restore again.

if steps above not resolve issue, try restoring using known-good usb cable, computer, , network connection.

and recover unit, need itunes 10.5.b7 restore it, current itunes 10.4.xx wont, thats why 1604 error, hope..

Permissions Problem?

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
