Erased HD-Don't Erase Option-Anyway to Recover?

i formatting new hd bought in usb enclosure, , picked internal hd erase instead. yes, i'm aware highly idiotic. chose don't erase option, , mentions "disk recovery applications" may able recover data, wondering these were? also, after erase, transferred 800 gigs of media it, there less 100 gigs on want erase, if info means anything...
 

that right there pretty ruined chances of recovery. can try diskwarrior, doubt you'll out of it.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
