replacing my gaming desktop with a mac mini?

i bought gaming desktop while when used hardcore pc gamer, since game on pc anymore connected hdtv can watch movies etc on it, don't find use , uncomfortable windows, should sell , go mac mini before desktop loses value, mac mini every1 says? want connect tv act media server in home ent. setup
 

since don't game, , don't windows, mac logical option. i'd sell it. if planning on hooking tv , using internet/network device, go current mini. if need optical drive dvds, you'd need find previous gen has optical drive. new 1 doesn't. if have collection of ripped dvds or something, put large hard drive in mini you'd fine.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
