Is Lion causing my glitches?

hi,

after installed lion things happening did not sl. firstly, stocks widget keeps on resetting default stocks, computer lags, put in cd pdfs on (made on pc) not recognized mbp brothers mbp (identical) recognized , able retrieve files. computer showed blank dvd when not.

did clean install of lion last night doesn't seem resolve issues. installed snow leopard (clean install) , downloaded lion.

suggestions?

i don't have of these issues in lion. did try these tasks when reinstalled snow leopard? that's if you. can know lion culprit, or if it's computer.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
