iPhone 4S Pre-Order Questions

just had few quick questions prepare pre-order brand new iphone 4s tomorrow morning (2 a.m. (ct) here in madison, wis.!):

1) go pre-order on apple.com/store or our carrier's website (at&t me)
2) when pre-order, arrive @ house day released in stores?
3) when receive iphone, have take in local apple store deactivate old phone/activate new one?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
