Does Apple cancel order if credit card is declined?

my bad luck. used kind of new credit card 4s online apple store purchase. got order number , no email confirmation apple, however, got fraud alert credit card company thought stole card , turns out declined it. called cred card company , told them indeed authorized me i'm afraid order cancelled. at&t showing number having used it's discount. apple online order status down or slow can't check. else ever have problem?
 

unless charge went through, can bet not ship! bets place order credit card reserved shipping on 14th

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
