Best Way to Sync Gmail/ ios5 and Plaxo contacts

i have contacts on gmail , of course use contact sync wth exchange setting sync contacts. seems it's set correctly have 900 duplicates in iphoen now. it's ridiculous , can't figure out why.

contacts great in gmail- have pictures people , seems work well. using plaxo syncing , gmail syncing , appear have crazy number of duplicates.

need to:
1. remove multiple sets of contacts , duplicates on iphone
2. make sure dups not re-created
3. ideally i'd keep plaxo going contacts automatically updated

of use gmail contacts w/ exchange have ideas setuips , how clean current?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
