Question about delivery time

so, live, ups ground doesn't deliver until around 5pm, when @ ups tracking page iphone 4s, states it's being shipped via ups worldwide express. when view details ups worldwide express, lists delivery 10:30am or noon. mean phone delivered in morning, or should expect around same time ups delivers?
 

where live ups comes between 4-5pm well. last year when pre-ordered iphone 4, did come in morning little after 10am. i'd should expect your's in morning between 10:30-12:00.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
