MacBook cracking

hey,

i've heard apple replacing macbook casings if they're cracked, know replace , if anyone's had success getting them free in uk?

have 2009 macbook has large crack across center screw on bottom, harline cracks along front, under palm rest , looks if trackpad/keyboard assembly lifting bottom case.

i'm asking here first nearest apple store hours drive away... i'm hoping if take them might replace entire case nothing.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
