WARNING: AT&T change of address mess !!!

hey guys,

wanted let know if you, me, have not updated address at&t if moved, "acceptance of terms , conditions" email sent at&t show old address on file, , shipped there!

here's mess. when called at&t place order, made them aware of new address, corroborated billing address of credit card used charge phone. however, when received email, still showed old address. called, , confirmed phone shipped old address. informed me takes 30 days change of address, since need verify post office.
hence, if accept terms , condition old address, responsible loss.
asked speak supervisor, , after waiting while, response was noted ship new address, go head , accept terms anyways. no way ! doing so, telling them it's ok ship wrong address.
called again, , last rep informed me notified of glitch in system 1 hour ago shipping , billing addresses. go figure !
bottom line, set following call appointment resolve issue, assuring me not loose place in line phone...

i'll post update once talk them.

so... aware , pay attention email !!!

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
