Visual Voicemail help

hi

upgraded ios 5 yesterday , went voicemail , giving me error saying not authorize access. had error before during 1 of 4.x upgrades not sure how solved it.

far have tried resetting network settings, reseting voicemail password , restoring phone. same issue keeps on happening. when go phone settings , input pass code gives same error.

phone account still shows having visual voicemail on , havent changed on account year.

im using factory unlocked iphone 4 purchased apple canada , carrier i'm using telus.

1 thing did notice cause of issue, if press , hold 1 (to dial voicemail) looks calling at&t access number instead of telus

has had issue or have ideas on how can fix it?
 

visual voicemail stopped after ios5.

yes stopped getting visual voicemail after updating ios5. i'm using 3gs , never had problem on updates before.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
