Replaced hard drive. Confused what to do next?

sorry post. replaced failing imac hard drive , want install lion , restore time capsule/time machine backup.

have lion install disk. started imac disk in , it's asking me if want restore via migration assistant, time machine, etc.

don't need 'install' lion first? i'm unclear do. should have held down key when turning on?

if can girl out, i'd appreciate it! thank you.
 

its while since did clean install this

but, run installer , select restore time machine, should install os , restore time machine @ same time

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
