Internet speed capped at 40KB/s

hi,

i'm struggling bit iphone 4 , wondering if had heard of problem before. have searched through google can't seem find similar problem.

iphone 4 10 months old, have unlimited data package no fair usage policy has consistently given me download speed of 350 kb/s since bought it. use in work tethered macbook pro internet access , downloading files.

2 weeks ago noticed internet connection slow, thought might network problem , hoped sort out since internet speed not go above 40kb/s. downloaded app test speed of phone without being tethered computer , shows same results.

3g symbol disappears , have 'o' in it's place, way change restart phone. speed problem on 3g network though.

network provider says there no issues @ end, have done full factory restore, upgraded newest firmware, , suggested taking out sim, cleaning sim, rebooting phone , replacing sim. nothing has solved problem.

notice time time phone button unresponsive, though intermittent.

appreciated.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
