Anyone have this problem with Disk Utility under Lion?

i opened lion last night set new time machine , got message.

disk utility worked fine, message pops every time opened. looked, cant find way update disk utility. suggestions?
 

did restores @ point applications folder? must have replaced disk utility backed version @ point. dangerous using disk utility till fix problem. apple made major changes older versions of disk utility won't know about.
edit: wait sec... why on desktop? should in utilities folder. must have moved @ point. copy in utilities folder in applications folder , use that. shouldn't relocate basic system applications that. make shortcut instead. don't move old copy utilities folder. delete it. there since snow leopard, right?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
