trying to put photos back on phone and get 2 folders

this pissing me off. go itunes , choose folder 800aaaa photos at. sync them phone , folder pops along other folder called "photo library". pissing me off since taking more storage on phone , can't delete photos because aren't in camera roll stupid. how rid of 1 of folders?
 

photo library not double photo storage. it's custom view of every photo have on phone... if had photos divided 5 or 6 folders, you'd able browse them the special photo library folder.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
