iPod touch FULL backup?

there anyway full backup of ipod keeping same?

meaning backing , keeping apps organized in same order, ripped cds, downloaded music, etc. keeping before.

need format computer , want make sure ipod stay same when resync after reinstalling.

time lending on issue.
 

if backup itunes folder before, , restore after (but before sync) should fine.

if start new itunes library on computer (instead of restoring old one), ipod going want remove itunes store content: music, apps, etc when first sync.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
