Moving library to USB hard drive connected to Airport Extreme

so i'm gonna try , move itunes library macbook usb hard drive connected airport extreme. there way can move hd via usb then plug ae , have itunes 'find' existing songs, ratings, etc?

of right selecting new library locale in prefs , file>library>organize>consolidate looks it's gonna take 17 years. have 100gb library.
 

yeah can move way moving on media folder within itunes. open itunes , try play song. it'll can't find it, , ask browse it. find specific file, itunes repair library correct directory structure.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
