iPhone 4 won't go into DFU mode and is not recognized by PC

ok iphone 4 has been acting , i'm stumped. iphone not recognized pc (my desktop , laptop friends pc) , not recognized pioneer head unit in car. not charge when connected unless directly in wall outlet. gf's iphone 3g , niece's iphone 4 both hook fine on same pcs , ipod works fine on head unit in car. try getting dfu mode , not it. turns off completely. can screen says connect itunes still isn't recognized.

*clearly wrong phone. before mentions might not doing right dfu mode please know have done dozens of times jb phone , other ppls phones easily. can on gf's 3g no issues either.*

should mention may have caused last time synced iphone pc got text message in middle of sync process. thing can think of may have caused issue. if has other suggestions or solution appreciate it.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
