How to back up iphone contact

hello,

using unlocked iphone 1st generation, contact has been on iphone (not on sim card). thinking of selling iphone , upgrade iphone 4 later. before upgrade firmware of iphone, wondering how can contact when got new iphone 4, can contact without problem.

can on pc or mac. need reliable solution, pissed if contacts gone.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
