Full Screen Flash using 7 times the CPU in Lion as in Windows 7

hello,

have 2011 base 13" air date lion. noticed when ran full screen (external monitor) flash player in google chrome, cpu usage fluctuate between ~80-110% , run pretty hot above chip after minute or two. figured because flash sucks, surprised when installing boot camp windows 7 other day full screen flash taking ~16% usage, , running cooler.

checked little bit on forums , able find posts advising keep flash player date. google chrome automatically, wondering if else seeing same problem or has ideas on how fix this? figure it's lion issue , may need run windows 7 flash if knows of third party software solutions address issue, great well.

advice.
 

flash terrible on os x.

flash lot better on windows.

flash sucks in general.

in other words normal high cpu spikes when using flash well.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
