Appeals Court Sides with Apple in Dispute over Psystar's Unauthorized Mac Clones

has taken 2 years, cnet reports appeals court has ruled in favor of apple in lawsuit against psystar, company began selling unauthorized mac clones in 2008.
apple awarded permanent injunction against psystar in december 2009, psystar appealed decision u.s. court of appeals ninth circuit month later.

psystar unusually defiant in stance against apple given threat faced substantially larger company, , extended legal efforts beyond small companies typically willing engage in. efforts lead apple suggest psystar have been part of conspiracy backing of larger entity attempting break open apple's stranglehold on mac os x systems, no concrete evidence of such connection has ever been exposed.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
