Macbook Aluminum Unibody (Late 2008) Display Flicker

my macbook's display has been great past 2 , half years, whole assembly had replaced apple due cable issue, , new display displaying seems common issue.

@ lowest brightness setting, use save power , reduce eye strain, display (read:backlight) flickers. have noticed plagues of imacs (first iteration metal enclosure, 2010?), @ least ones have used, in school's computer lab. , not smooth change in brightness due changes in ambient light.

can do? fixes? since got part replaced, can go , replaced @ apple free, i'd see if other ways have been discovered first.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
