Cant use multi touch gestures with iphone 4

i have iphone 4, , cant enable multitouch gestures (four/five finger command gestures)

have ipad 2 (has gestures working).

my question is, can iphone 4 use multitouch gestures?

reason because have enabled iphone through settings so. cant work 1,2,3,4 or 5 fingers!. error apple or major error on part?

short summery: iphone jailbroken, running ios 5, has option enabled under settings, tried using fingers can fit on iphone.

appreciated.
edit: looked @ features ios added, , guess iphone 4 isnt included in multitouch gestures. im still wondering why iphone has option , lets me enable it....
 

perhaps artifact of jailbreak? stock ios5 iphone 4 not have option enable.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
