Disaster! Any help please!

hi everyone,
can me here?
had itunes account on old computer, have new 1 cannot remember username or password. original email address doesn't exist anymore. used virgin, sky.
managed go swimming other day 3gs in pocket. dried it, sent away repair company, no avail. son has given me iphone 3gs, i've put sim in.
there anyway, can retrieve info itunes account?

if sounds ridiculous, is. i've been on extrememly strong pain killers sometime. as, i'm waiting go in major spinal surgeries in next few days.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
