apple has sent email developers notifying them icloud libraries housing itunes match data wiped on monday, september 26th @ 9am pdt. reason wipe "improve overall quality , reliability" of service. news comes after apple wiped icloud backup data on thursday, september 22nd.
believe these preparations apple launch final golden master (gm) version of ios 5. apple had been planning declare ios 5 gm on friday, september 23rd, though haven't heard confirmation yet if had taken place. on schedule start installing ios 5 gm onto new devices in factories on monday, september 26th. assuming has remained on schedule, expect final gm version of ios 5 release developers next week.
