hi all, need on matter regarding joke of delivery company. on 15th of month ordered macbook air online apple store , told due arrive on 20th sept. on 20th of sept had day off (as live in block of flats , access leave delivery slip impossible), education £65 voucher turned up.
on 21st rang apple , confirmed after talking walsh western arrive on 21st, took day off. again no show.
not afford have more days off supposedly missed on 22nd , 23rd. thing had mate wait around today (23rd) 8am , adamant did not attempt deliver @ 8.37 said tried.
i've got off phone walsh western (after having go through apple speak them) , said re-arrange delivery monday. said can't afford have day off , must either deliver after 4pm mon-thurs or 1pm friday, rudely told best can 'try' delivered after 4pm unlikely.
i'm @ stalemate, , pissed off. so in fact i'm considering ringing apple , cancelling order completely. it's shame because have thought apple prided on customer service, go , use these incompetent morons deliver products.
has had similar situation? should contact next, because can't find customer services number apple. can cancel order , money back?
would possible them change address on order, , send work address?
