Strange dead drive... any suggestions?

one of 2tb drives run in fw enclosure mac mini stopped working last night. popped in bay 4 of mac pro see it... upon startup get... "the disk inserted not readable computer"

seems dead door nail. can't format it. disk utility reports having 0 bytes capacity. see screen shots below.

suggestions?

these damn wd greens quiet, can't tell if it's spinning up. :( @ least it's still under warranty.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
