Shouldn't iPhoto come free with a Lion upgrade?

hi guys,

friends mac insists pay upgrade iphoto 11 (or whichever version needed work iclouds photostream). upgraded machine lion, shouldn't latest version of iphoto on there?

there way upgrade without paying it? tried software update showed no updates being available.
 

no, shouldn't.
ilife comes os on grey restore dvds, never os alone, leopard, nor snow leopard, nor lion did , include kind of ilife or iphoto.

iphoto '09 iphoto '11 free, have go route don't talk about.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
