I need Backup and Router

ok..be gentle:
need both hd backup , router. convienient way go is, guess time capsule. but, gets poor ratings , seems lot of failure rates. else can do?
have cable coming house, imac...home use. plan on getting ipad, need wifi. wireless printing ipad. have 2 iphones.
needs simple...and keep home computer "hard wired".
there older model airport extreme (model# a1143) low prices ($65 @ owc), , tons of routers.
set me that's reliable, fast , cost savings.
 

highly recommend time capsule. yes first generation gave bad name failures , unreliability, later ones holding well. can network , backups flawless far , working together.

can hook printer time capsule if it's not wireless , have wireless printing. , if it's hp airprint capable, if not use airprint activator (http://download.cnet.com/airprint-activator/3000-18487_4-75327225.html) , you'll have printing ipad or iphones.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
