How do i enable double tap to drag???

how enable double tap drag on os x 10.7???

find mbp touchpad hard press. especially pressing while dragging annoying. enable "tap click." os x 10.6 , after upgrading 10.7, able double tap drag/move/select text. today did fresh install of os x 10.7 , can't anymore. i have physically press touchpad drag/move/select text.

idea how fix this???

system preferences>universal access>mouse & trackpad>trackpad options>check "dragging" checkbox.

have no idea why buried deep, there is.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
