cannot restore my mac with lion

i want mac have fresh start again , cannot start mac lion restore ultility when press command-r key during mac start up. have tried numerous times, leads me login screen. how fix problem or way restore mac? thx.

mac spec:
osx lion 10.7
2.4 ghz intel core i5
4gb 1067 mhz ddr3
nvidia geforce gt 330m 256 mb
 

try holding down option key (keep held down) @ restart until given choice of partition boot to. choose recovery hd.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
