Applecare + for preorders on ATT.com - Hearing different stories from both companies

i pre-ordered on att.com on friday able keep grandfathered voice , texting plan. not given option buy applecare + on pre-order page.

so, called applecare yesterday, , first told take device apple store. after told them nearest apple store on 200 miles away in new orleans told me bring device att store , buy there.

went 1 of local att stores yesterday confirm this. @ first didn't know, found memo saying customers pre-ordered between oct. 7th , oct. 13th can call 1-800 number applecare buy applecare +

called applecare again confirm , told me exact thing said first time - bring device att store applecare + added.

getting different information both companies , going in circles. lol. have insight or suggestions problem?
 

i don't know if same att when called sprint told... imagine process similar att , verizon

before turning phone on i'm supposed activate on sprint site. @ time given option purchase applecare+

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
