Random Kernel Panic...

ok, have late 2007 15.4" 2.4ghz macbook pro of last year out of applecare.

before coverage ran out, mb crashed on me, , upon bootup introduced me first kp screen. dutifully booked genius bar appointment , after few visits deduced problem nvidia card , known issue (at first insisted software related, issue persisted).

anyway, applecare or not because known issue replaced logic board free of charge , until has been a-ok.

until today. got same screen again. unplugged external display , rebooted , worked fine, it's got little worried.

should forget happened or sort of thing precursor more serious? nothings been changed except harddrive replacement, months ago.

i've opened machine (to replace hdd), apple @ machine if repair necessary somewhere down line?:confused:
 

are running lion? if so, happens.... waiting patch fix it.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
